My gosh This is just amazing! I completely forgotten it was fan-written because of how distinctive the characters talk. Like with the main character in contrast to the Plague Artist. The main character: a simple passer-by who checked out someone's art having no idea what was in store. Meanwhile the Plague Artist's demeanor of knowing how to cause death and inflict fear into the character without intentially trying. It's a pretty interesting concept of him being able to change his appearance because of his "artistic" powers.
